The Corporate Human Resources Representative provides dedicated support to our corporate departments and is responsible for performing professional human resources work in a variety of concentrations, including associate relations, staffing, training and development, and special projects.
This position is responsible for providing leadership and recommendations on employee relations matters, staffing, compensation, benefits, manager/employee training and other matters related to the employee relations climate.
In this role, you will develop strategies and policies regarding performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, training, onboarding, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with PHRS HR Consultant to develop appropriate strategies for clients regarding employee relations, disciplinary action, operations, and performance issues.
Provide proactive consultation and coaching partnership to managers and employees as needed on specific situations, opportunities, and challenges related to the employee experience. Act as a sounding board and advisor on key issues for the aligned leaders.
In this role, you will respond to routine questions from clients including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, vacation or redirect clients to appropriate contacts. Deliver high client service by offering solutions and effectively problem solving questions or concerns raised by clients.
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of HR related functions which include employee relations, performance management, on boarding & orientation, benefits administration, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
