The Administrative Assistant provides all-encompassing administrative and logistical support surrounding routine client activities; successful candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others.
In this role, the selected candidate provide primary support for meetings/conferences to include: all meeting logistics, preparing agendas, collecting information, arranging live meetings/interactive software, conference calls, hotel accommodations, catering, room set up, and document preparation.
The Administrative Assistant conducts a myriad of office support and administrative functions in the designated area. Their specific tasks depend greatly upon the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a non-exempt position, working a minimum of 32 hours per week.
