The Director of Manufacturing Operations position is to lead a high performance manufacturing to the next level of perfection that can differentiate Agilent in the future and be an industry leader on quality, delivery and gross margin to support Agilents growth.
Responsible for deal contact, property inspections, preliminary sizing of deals per Freddie Macs credit policies, the quoting and deal structuring process, and working cooperatively with the underwriting group to negotiate the terms of the transaction and to otherwise ensure clear communication and a seamless execution.
Interface with customers, understand their needs, partner with product management and engineering to create network Architecture diagrams, customer acceptance test plans and execute them independently and / or with customers / partners for trials and certifications.
The Director of Operations for Operational Compliance and Project Governance is responsible for the creation, implementation and enforcement of TIO operational policies and procedures across the Elsevier Technology Organization.
Analyze market trends in respect to current and future value proposition of products and solutions (or its parts) that are subject of his responsibility. (This involves analysis of overall situation, taking into account commercial and non-commercial aspects).
Gather, validate, evaluate, and define use scenarios and product requirements through customer and competitor research in collaboration with the relevant Product Strategy roles; develop functional specifications based on the requirements.
Facilitate therapy area leadership team and therapy area Line Management Team meetings, including managing agenda, pre-meeting planning (collection of pre-reads and interactions with presenters), facilitating decisions, disseminating minutes and tracking/updating of actions.
Provide overall direction and management of ongoing programs to maximize growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operational functions, while delivering value to our customers.
Develop and implement customer-facing elements of company-wide go-to-market plan for new and updated products, working cross-departmentally including, but not limited to: pricing, product data management, messaging/product descriptions, customer communications, sales readiness and maintaining author relationships.
Create and maintain primary (Core Company Data Sheet (CCDS), United States Package Insert (USPI) and associated patient labeling, EU Product Information (EUPI)) and derived (International Package Insert, labeling text for EU, US and international package components, and translations) labeling documents.
