The role of the Director of HR Operations is an important and transformational hire to be made in for our client, and will be instrumental in building a sustainable best in class human resource function.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading an operation focused on process improvement. This includes both large and small projects with a focus on company-wide scale areas of cost reduction/containment, performance improvement, service enhancement, product development, and other operational initiatives.
The Director will participate in the overall operations of the company involving installations, scheduling, its warehouse, deliveries, working with sales staff on bids/proposals/etc., maintenance of systems, training and developing staff, identifying capital needs (trucks, forklifts, large tools, etc.)
The AD will be responsible for ensuring that services and operations are customer responsive, innovative, fiscally sound, and are developed in collaboration with internal and external university partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all project activities are performed and completed in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner without compromising the quality of the deliverables.
Provide guidance and oversight to HRIS staff on projects to improve or maintain automated operational solutions such as file imaging, on-line applicant tracking, onboarding systems, self-service, position control, leave reporting, and other projects.
Responsible for providing both strategic direction and day-to-day management of field operations including technical aspects of field programs. Works cross-functionally and collaborates closely with other senior leaders to ensure achievement of targeted objectives.
Develop and communicate strategic direction for Network Operations and Security Operations teams. Organize brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to maintain a prioritized list of ideas for continuous improvement.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor the realtime process; establishes SLAs and performance benchmarks and KPIs to assure service levels and performance goals are met by the virtualized platform.
The Director of Services Sales Operations is the operational lead and acting COO for the BusinessMarket Unit providing direct and daily support to the SVP/GM and or team in support of executing the operational model and financial targets for their business.
