The Director of Product Management will be an integral part of the team charged with informing and evaluating the next generation of the digital experience for siriusxm to drive innovation and improvements to help digital conversion, engagement, and sales.
Evaluation and analysis of Client's inbound payments, treasury operations and outbound payments environments including their comprehensive financial payments, treasury, cash management and finance environments.
Responsible for multiple logistics management functions including inventory planning and optimization, decommissions, capacity management, demand analysis, material resource planning and operations. Additionally, develop and maintain operations budgets for short and long term planning functionalities. As a Director, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring direct reports to optimize performance and enhance the quality/speed of deployments.
The Director will work with clinical and administrative leadership to develop, disseminate and monitor quality, service and financial performance metrics as well as ensure that these measures are reported to appropriate stakeholders and oversight entities.
Directs the development and implementation of operating and manufacturing goals, plans, and performance in support of the company business plan. Helps determine, monitors and performs against plant performance metrics and budgets.
Manage the daily end to end operations and production activities associated with credit card portfolio processing to include network architecture, product parameters, platform settings and overall delivery of required functionality and infrastructure while maintaining a best in class member experience and operating expense control including associated back office processes.
Triage of campaign generated marketing-qualified leads to the sales team, monitoring lead quality and ensuring sales follow-up. Maintain a weekly communication cadence with sales including chairing web conferences.
The AD will be responsible for ensuring that services and operations are customer responsive, innovative, fiscally sound, and are developed in collaboration with internal and external university partners.
