Develop solution in the areas of Quality Assurance, Integrated Audit Team support, Deliverables Management to include establishing work standards and criteria, Audit Tools and Databases, and providing overall meeting support.
Evaluates trends and metrics from production support/application management to help guide the business on future projects and initiatives. Evaluates post deployment issues and success to apply best practices to future initiatives.
Evaluating customers disaster recovery procedures; documenting identified recommendations for operational enablement along with the people, processes, and technology based on Red Hats experience with operationalizing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
This position will develop a knowledge base of local market network solutions and provider contracting environments, along with local competitive market position and familiarity with customers products.
Understanding of IT help desk and service management along with good understanding of the ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and/or Service Desk.

Perform customer implementations through requirements gathering, analysis and design. Perform hands-on development, including data management, manipulation and aggregation of relational databases and web services.
