The QA & Compliance Specialist is responsible for the overall quality systems for a food warehousing and packaging company. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all the company's third party audits and maintain BRC and ISO 17025 (A2LA) certifications.
Provide auditing and compliance duties, including audit readiness support to the client. Analyze the client's overall enterprise audit readiness process design continually and provide recommendations on how effectiveness could be improved to mitigate conditions that could impair future audit preparedness.
Assist client-facing staff with cross-border transfers of hardware or technical data. Provide training to staff, oversee administration of export licenses and license exemptions and exceptions, and review active export authorizations for compliance with procedural requirements periodically.
Lead and Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings, create documentation (Initial impact assessments, RCAs, Final investigation report and Corrective and Preventive Actions) for the review and final approval by the clients Quality Assurance department.
Reviews all VWR products being exported by VWR International and its NA entities and provides all pertinent trade information required to be in full compliance with all applicable regulatory trade requirements.
Provides support and guidance to PSM headquarters staff and country teams on USG regulations and guidelines, project specific policies, and Chemonics policies and practices regarding project and contract management.
Generate validation protocols in line with Site Validation Plan, regulations, procedures and practices, create or review IQ, OQ, PQ and verification / validation documents in collaboration with cross - functional teams.
