The Compliance Engineer will be responsible for the testing and analysis of microprocessor based electromechanical designs against EMI/EMC, Environmental and Product Safety requirements. Emphasis will be placed on knowledge of global environmental regulatory requirements, interpretation, dissemination, and implementation.
Analyze Comprehensive Iran Sanctions Accountability and Divestment Act of 2010 (CISADA)-findings submissions or apparent violations of OFAC administered sanctions programs. Research will involve following transactions processed via SWIFT/Telex, CHIPS/Fedwire/ACH and Check Clearing/Check collection processes and those supported by Letters of Credit and Guarantees.
Leverage dashboards or platform specific consoles and repositories including third party security services associated with security processes and tools to represent threats and vulnerabilities in the environment.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience assessing export and import compliance processes, procedures and resources; preparing or reviewing export licenses; providing recommendations; and developing policies and procedures.
Support cross-functional responsibilities in the Delegation Oversight and Auditing team as it pertains to policy and operational audits, credentialing file audits, Personal Health Visit document management audits and case management referrals.
Develop programs for and conduct financial, systems and/or operational audits in such areas as internal controls and procedures, time and labor charging, pricing, estimating, accounting for un-allowable costs, disclosure, material management accounting system etc.
