Responsible for the strategy, design, implementation and communication of all retirement, health, dental, COBRA, Life, Disability, Flex Spending Accounts, FMLA program and voluntary benefit programs for the company.
Manages and maintains benefit plans compliance including: maintaining Summary Plan Descriptions, maintaining plan documents, preparing and submitting timely and accurate tax filings, preparing and distributing timely and accurate associate annual notices.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
The main objective for the Manager of Global Incentive Compensation will be to support the review of line of business incentive compensation programs and the design of new incentive compensation plans.
Establish goals, expectations, and monitor performance to ensure superior customer service. Draft the Benefits strategies and priorities for review and approval, and manages the Benefits staff on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for managing, planning and analyzing the operations of companys group health & welfare and retirement benefit programs while ensuring that excellent customer service and quality benefit plans are provided to all employees.
Provides expert consultation on the design, development, communication, and implementation of high quality benefits and wellness programs, policies, and procedures that are in alignment with the firms strategic objectives. Assesses trends, utilization and costs, recommending and employing cost containment strategies.
Work with PPM analytics team to provide in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape; summarize key market differentiators and potential risks for targeted markets, including recommendations and corresponding financial impact.
