In this role, you will be responsible for updating and distributing Specialist forecast B forms and specialist to rep alignments. Also responsible for re-forecasting specialists quotas based on realignments or changes to category definition.
In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing design, implementation, and administration of the companys global compensation programs while assessing current programs, providing ongoing compensation support as well as identifying and evaluating appropriate resources for global market data.
Monitor and analyze trending information, economic and wage projections to ensure the organizations compensation objectives and competitive market position are responsive to business needs, fiscally prudent, and legally compliant.
The Benefits Analyst II works under the direction of a Group or Team Lead. The analyst is responsible for performing the duties and requirements of the position with minimal supervision from the Group or Team Lead.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience working closely with Human Resources business users in (including presentations-recommendations-suggestions) in order to solve problems, increase efficiency and cater to user needs.
