The Client Services Manager is responsible for directing, managing, planning, organizing, and implementing departmental goals and objectives designed to provide the highest level of customer service for clients and prospects.
Working in partnership with the National Account Manager (and Account Manager where applicable), this position maintains consultative working relationships with investment and other key contacts at Financial Institutions National Account firms. Primary responsibilities include:
Creating client team snapshots including financial relationship analysis, and year in review accomplishments; in conjunction with firm partners and staff, identifying clients needing more organized client service delivery.
Represents clients internally and works independently to coordinate with other functions to develop, coordinate, and implement client systems, complete projects, solve unique problems, and address ad hoc service needs.
TKM consists of a diverse group of tax professionals with technical expertise in federal tax, state and local tax, international tax, customs, transfer pricing, human resource services, and other specialty areas within the Tax practice.
