The Manager of Intermediary Client Services is responsible for managing a team Client Service Managers who partner directly with National Account Managers to retain and grow account relationships across more than 90 complex, high touch relationships.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform data entry into SFDC, CMS, and others databases as appropriate (e.g. updates, proposal number requests and generating both regularly scheduled and impromptu reports) where applicable.
Identifies and targets revenue/growth opportunities within an assigned territory/set of accounts; develops and implements a detailed strategic sales plan to demonstrate how to maximize those revenue opportunities.

This role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving overall customer satisfaction through process improvement, resource improvement and other steps, either directly or through escalation.
