Searching for a Chief Executive Officer who is deeply familiar with contract work, corporate strategy development, healthcare IT, resource allocation, and government work. Must have strong vision and expectation to shape and impact the industry.
The CEO plans, directs, and manages all facets of hospital operations and services in a manner that optimizes resource utilization and provision of care and outcomes for adult and geriatric patients who suffer from medically complex illnesses or injuries and/or exacerbation of a disease process.
Works closely and effectively with the CEO such that the CEO is well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.
Ideal candidates are experienced leaders with good people and management skills; experience in sales and marketing is a plus but not a requirement. No woodworking or manufacturing experience is necessary.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the facility, including strategic direction and the overall clinical, medical, administrative operations, management of the facility, and may provide oversight to more than one facility.
The President and CEO develops and implements ASPPH programs, policies, and practices, and implements its strategic plan; helps frame, in collaboration with ASPPH members and other public health leaders, the policies and practices that safeguard and promote population health within a global context.
