Provide technology support to one or more operational business units of the Medical Center. Experience using SDLC tools for tracking tasks, managing requirements, documenting test cases, managing testing processes, tracking defects, etc is a plus (e.g. HP ALM/Quality Center, Blueprint, TFS, Rational).
