The Branch Manager I is responsible to have in-depth knowledge of operations, management, logistics, technology and financial disciplines. The leader must have a proven track record for decisive actions backed by analytical thinking, goal-directed leadership and service-oriented performance. This leader will deliver results through leadership, direction, alignment and motivation.
Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including individual expectations for outside business development. Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members.
Plans, controls and directs the activities of branch personnel towards attainment of branch goals, including sales, client service and proper credit quality and risk management. Responsible for all aspects of assigned branches ensuring that all positions are fully functional and aware of individual roles and responsibilities.
Develop and manage employees' growth through mentoring and training. Recommend budgets to management. Profit and loss responsibilities for the branch. Manage branch workflow and financial performance. Management of capital equipment and the facility.
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the branch to ensure an efficient and profitable operation to support branch and corporate objectives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
