Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, the Customer Support Engineer / Application DBA is responsible for functional, technical and application support of the Aria Subscription Billing software platform and the associated third party integrations.
Install and configure Siebel Applications Infrastructure including but not limited to web servers, middleware servers, forms & report servers and other components related to the assigned application product.
Review and analyze the application architecture of the current Pegasystems implementation and provide technical expertise in the development of SDLC deliverables including solution architecture document, administrator manual, detailed design documents etc.
The primary responsibility for this position is to work as part of the software development team to configure, deploy, and sustain a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) engineering solution which includes 3D modeling, requirement traceability, and configuration management.
Build relationships with technical individuals within customers & SungardAS to enable them to be Managed AWS & Hosted Private Cloud advocates; act as a technical liaison between customers, consulting, product engineering teams and operations.
Provides architectural guidance to support the largest and most complex technical solutions, application integrations, cloud migration, enterprise information management, big data, analytic and packaged-based implementation projects.
The individual is responsible for defining and supporting the project data architecture standards. He or she will provide Oracle and SQL Server database administration and be responsible for updates to/maintenance of database tables, indices, structures, and other components.
Conduct application architecture initiatives, such as, identifying and classifying applications and application components in accordance with the specific business and performance objectives they support and the technologies they employ.
The Application Architect is part of the Enterprise Architecture team with a focus on influencing application development teams, collaborating and team building across technology disciplines, coaching and mentoring engineers and participating in transformational change.
This project will replace the legacy application that is currently being used across the State, with a more scalable solution aimed at improving DHR business operations by eliminating inefficient business processes and workarounds.
