In this role, you will work with Relationship Center Operations Managers in their achievement of an acceptable audit rating by performing branch assessments and recommending improvement when necessary.

In this role, you will create appropriate brand standards documentation and develop approval processes to maintain brand integrity and quality across all company materials by reviewing our current documentation and processes and instilling new or adjusting where necessary.
