Searching a very talented and highly motivated propulsion performance engineer to play a key role in the development test, verification and calibration of small displacement air-cooled engines used on our Fury UAV's. Engine calibration and test engineers work with the team to develop base calibrations, correction factors, and performance evaluations on the Fury engines. Additional engineering test support includes the design and construction of test apparatus for engines, engine subsystems and aircraft components.
In this role, you will have demonstrated thorough knowledge Windows based PCs, software and peripheral hardware. The selected candidate will be willing to work non-standard and extended hours under potentially extreme conditions.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide systems engineering support, to include but not limited to requirements tracking, risk management and architecture development across multiple projects within an ADP program.
In this role, you will work with other engineering groups to design, prototype, test and document new concepts and benchmark against existing methods and create reports and analysis for the engineering design teams to use as guidelines as needed.
This position is responsible for major portions of complex development projects in the tactical missile domain area. Serve as technical lead on development teams: make key technical decisions, be responsible for compliance to requirements, conduct design reviews, assure quality of the design artifacts.
In this role, you will work with the design and build teams to create an operational environment which is consistently nimble at serving the needs of the business by utilizing an ITIL based service management approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for career planning of the staff, manages, mentors, and trains system engineers to strengthen organizations skill - set and ensure execution of system engineering best practice across programs.
