In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the review and content compliance of any and all documentation submitted to the Mental Health client record, including (but not limited to), Intake documents, Assessments, Client Treatment Plans, Progress Notes, Change of Diagnoses, Outcome Measures, medication support/psychiatric documents, and correspondence.
The selected candidate will review and communicate any recurring trends that may cause delay in the closing of loans. Verify the presence of loan documents and effectively assess if a loan file is adequately documented.
This role will function as an infection prevention subject matter expert for coordinated, statewide initiative to reduce hospital acquired infections (HAI) with the goal of reducing overall patient harm and enhancing patient & family experience in healthcare.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide necessary education and materials, and directs providers to resources that will assist them with understanding and utilizing problem solving and quality improvement techniques.
