Project Engineering provides engineering leadership, analysis, and execution support for the development of innovative air and space systems. We focus on change and technical integration of complex issues as well as how our solutions affect our program costs and schedules.
The Project Engineer is responsible for Leading or assisting all activities involved with capital projects including: budgeting, design, specifying, procurement, installation, and commissioning of food and beverage related projects in order to improve existing processes or creating new ones.
The Integration, Competitive Analysis, and Materials organization within the Aerospace Systems Engineering and Global Product Development organization has multiple openings for qualified applicants for Project Engineer.
This position will be involved in schedule and cost (Earned Value Management) planning and reporting to ensure operational and supportability metrics are met. This will include reporting on current projects, planning and forecasting the needs on proposed projects to meet contractual requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support for new business development efforts in the form of person-to-person technical discussions, presentation of key technical performance data, scope-of-work definition, and project cost estimates.
