The Senior Business System Analyst / Project Manager will work closely with our clients and manage requirements gathering, user expectations, UAT, client communications and be the point-person for customer services and account management.
The program manager ensures adherence to master plans and schedules for the delivery of sheet metal parts to Commercial and Military Aerospace, develops solutions to program problems, and directs and supports the work of managers assigned to the program from various departments.
Work is performed in an office, flight line and shop environment that is moderately lighted, heated and ventilated, is exposed to disagreeable fumes and to cuts and bruises from using tools in close placed and hazards of moving vehicles such as forklifts and sweepers in shop area.
Coordinates product development and customer requirements with Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Manufacturing as required. Prepares price quotations or bids based on knowledge of material and labor costs and manufacturing schedules and processes.
Work with our VP of Product and other product managers to develop a forward-looking product strategy for our API & Integrations roadmap in context of the broader product portfolio and platform strategy.
