Build relationships across functional groups / studio; develop and maintain effective relationships and communication channels with diverse stakeholders to build support for and participation in talent strategy initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on all employee relations issues, interpretations and administration of company policies and procedures, and application of applicable state and federal employment laws.
Work closely with our unions and caregivers and maintain relations. As well as participate in grievance / dispute resolution, negotiations and task force activities, labor relations contract implementation and interpretation.
Maintain relationships in order to broker services provided through HR experts to include compensation, benefits, talent acquisition. Provide HR related training; facilitate HR related focus groups and workouts as needed.
The Corporate Functions Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will report directly to one of Amgens four HR Vice President and will develop solutions to a variety of complex HR challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Senior HRBP will use developed HR consulting skills to help their business clients achieve key business objectives and increase the effectiveness of their organization.
