In this role, you will manage hourly/management employee recruiting and hiring processes. Audits departments work product, ensuring compliance of all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
In this role, you will partner with Labor Relations to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and to assist in resolving grievances. The selected candidate will also provide support to client groups by interacting and communicating with employees in the park, visiting break rooms.
