This role provides multi-brand on-site technical support for all the company products to end users, contractors, engineers, field technicians, and others. Provides advanced total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on the company lighting control equipment.
Provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems worldwide.
Assist with client desktop functions such as user account maintenance, application and OS patches and updates, antivirus updates, security/event log review and analysis, documentation, hardware issue escalation, user training, and user support.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience repairing industrial machinery such as packaging lines, plastic molding lines, paper converting or similar large scale production machinery involving motors, gear drives, pneumatics, hydraulics and programmable controls in sophisticated manufacturing settings.
In this role, you will be working with bleeding edge technologies, continuously working with designers on the definition of new products and collaborating with development and design of new web frameworks.
