Directs and oversees the dialysis business of assigned facilities within a defined area through effective leadership and management of customer service, quality patient care, marketing of FMS and responsible fiscal management.
Responsible for communicating and proactively driving and monitoring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policy directives, compliance policies and procedures and ethical requirements, directly and through supervision of Compliance personnel within the regions sites.
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the operations of the Quality Services department and performance improvement program of hospital. Accountable for management of interdisciplinary performance improvement projects in consultation with staff, management, and Medical Staff, as chartered by the Quality Council.
The QD will have strong leadership characteristics, self starter and will regularly interact with customers and OEMs; oversee and ensure company compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and existing certificating agencies (AS9100, FAA, EASA, Nadcap) and ensure that a system is established to store and maintain traceable performance records in accordance with 14 CFR Part 145.
Responsible for managing an entire department and the associated budget Is the key driver of strategic plan for build out of business system capabilities Manages relationship with Senior Executives from business, supplier(s), and ISP.
Assess emerging safety data, ensure appropriate risk communication, and development of risk management/minimization strategies. Provide review of clinical protocols and study reports to ensure alignment with clinical development plans and safety being adequately addressed.
