The Director of Facilities Operations will be responsible for the overall management of facilities maintenance and operations of Viacoms West Coast locations. Time efficiency, forecasting and continuity within daily operations will be key to successfully executing Viacoms policies and procedures. This is a highly visible position, serving as the liaison for Viacom employees, building management, vendors and relevant contractors.

This individual will collaborate with the business unit leads, VPs of Sales, compliance, legal, HR and management to develop and adjust incentive programs and manage the review and approval of all field incentive programs.
Identify and own organizational and People needs to deliver business objectives. Offer thought leadership and proactive solutions, with insightful data that guides decision-making and measures effectiveness.
Deliver all aspects of the IS4PD multi-million dollar program including partnering with the Business Lead and Sponsor to bring the business benefits ascribed to the PD leadership and BoD as part of the original business case.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all motion - picture, television, broadcast, and events support services, along with continuous shifts that are taking place within the industries competitive landscape.
