The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of the companys digital platforms (online, mobile apps, social media, CRM, etc.) and technical infrastructure. The position will also be tasked with the long-term vision and management of a product roadmap, working closely with its team and often with top management to help deliver a digital media product strategy that addresses the business priorities of the organization. Responsibilities also include creating and executing marketing plans in conjunction with other internal teams.
Leverage a marketing budget to efficiently generate sales through a variety of marketing activities, including but not limited to: search, web presence, media and list buys, partnerships, pr, social media and other appropriate channels.
Develop and execute marketing strategy for artists music and music-related products across the Interscope roster. These include but are not limited to: single / EP /albums, music videos and video content, merchandise and direct-to-consumer business.
The Director will also lead the development of a next generation patient activation digital strategy in time for launch. Responsibilities include building a robust roadmap for launch and future iterations of the platform that align to the program strategy.

Develop a top-of-funnel, multi-channel acquisition strategy and execution plan (paid media, partnerships, display, etc.) that maximizes user acquisition, drives app downloads, and generates user sign-ups across platforms (mobile, web, connected TVs).
