In this role, the selected candidate will plan and organize quality control programs and activities; maintain library of quality control and assessment materials necessary for complying with current standards and regulations and maintaining quality resident care.
In this role, the selected candidate represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met by the company.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects, deliver technical analysis of solutions and provide proof of concept as needed.
In this role, you will works directly with Healthcare Network or major Account partners to identify expected performance or quality benchmarks and communicates these expectations to appropriate Company leaders, to support the teams" execution of needed systems and care metrics.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team focused on delivering solutions related to internal billing systems, CRM(Salesforce.com), financial systems and Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse.
