The Construction Manager will ensure that remodel and new construction projects are completed on-time, within budget, in accordance with corporate requirements, with a primary focus on improving the level of customer service to the internal business units, and end-users of the healthcare facilities.

The selected candidate will conduct periodic field job walks to ensure quality and consistency with company construction practices.Support field supervisors while creating and maintaining projects schedules and completing required paperwork promptly to ensure accurate record-keeping.
In this role, you will manages the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications and change orders and coordinates with control manager for proper posting in reporting program.
