The Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and comply with all banking laws and regulations. Branch Managers actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating branch staff. Is the senior bank officer in their location and may be called upon to act on behalf of the Bank in public relation activities.
