In this role, you will operate as primary advisor and technical expert on compensation-related matters, including compensation philosophy, policies, programs and approaches, identifying needs, development of solutions and delivering solutions to the company.
In this role, you will plans, directs and supervises the operation of various employee benefit programs; analyzes, develops, implements and evaluates policies and procedures; advises executive management on overall program operations including premium rate determinations and significant administrative issues; directs preparation and distribution of insurance and other benefits descriptive and enrollment materials.
