In this role, you will implements assigned training programs on an ongoing basis, including their design and delivery. This includes online training content, webex sessions, and in person training sessions.
In this role, you will formulate and execute New Equipment Training (NET) in concert with fielding activities worldwide including hostile fire zones. The successful candidate will also provide refresh/reset and over-the-shoulder training as well as perform other duties as assigned.
In this role, you will provide support and develop training documentation for a complex government system, including the System Training Plan (STRAP) and individual, leader, and collective training materials.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and submit a trip report of observations and recommendations for their region; ensure all corporate policies and procedures are properly adhered to by program personnel.
