The person in this role will be leading the Release Readiness for delivery of eCommerce capabilities developed across DCS domains to the benefit of our Commercial customers. Technical Program Managers in DCS oversee the technical delivery of assigned features, ensuring they are developed as designed, tested, and released into upper-level environments.
PM will work with higher level program/project manager(s) while directing the telephone system replacement to include all required surveys, assessments, deliverables throughout the project life cycle, and transition the program to maintenance support.
