The successful analyst works as a business expert for the respective functional area and is able to analyze current and future business processes, make suggestions for continuous improvement, articulate requirements to meet business objectives, and finally define proposed solutions for these requirements.
Position will be responsible for the configurations of data fields and transaction workflow ensuring personnel actions are processed in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining system integrity. In addition, this role is required to meet management and business needs and serves as a liaison for our internal customers for troubleshooting and enhancement requests with ADP.
Demonstrate security leadership by your interactions with stakeholders, service managers, and operational support teams to design, test, and deploy security and/or automation solutions to meet business needs.

The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Conduct undirected research with regards to customer tickets in the fulfilment center and facility build process analyzing and solving business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context, eliminate road blocks, improve time to resolve on customer issues and implement key initiatives to improve our operational metrics.
This person will act as the key interface between business and technology teams in defining and influencing business requirements and assists in developing the appropriate system solutions. He/she should be able to understand the business implications of technical solutions, and assists in defining the technology solutions to support any future business requirements.
Ensures change control processes and procedures encompass and/or adhere to enterprise or industry guidelines or best practices; review post-implementation documentation for lessons learned and recommends procedural or process updates for future initiatives.
