The successful analyst works as a business expert for the respective functional area and is able to analyze current and future business processes, make suggestions for continuous improvement, articulate requirements to meet business objectives, and finally define proposed solutions for these requirements.
Leads teams on project management, system change management, business rules and analysis and development, product development, product maintenance, service delivery and changes to existing systems/applications.
Position will be responsible for the configurations of data fields and transaction workflow ensuring personnel actions are processed in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining system integrity. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for project assignments that will include documenting detailed system requirements approved by the TWC programs and creating a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information on existing products and their related costs.
Conduct undirected research with regards to customer tickets in the fulfilment center and facility build process analyzing and solving business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context, eliminate road blocks, improve time to resolve on customer issues and implement key initiatives to improve our operational metrics.
The Sr. Staff Business Process Analyst will work with the Corporate IT (CIT) team along with the Risk and Audit teams to develop and execute on the organizations program to manage engagement and findings actions.
