In this role, you will observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
In this role, you will be responsible to assists in the management of financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards. Assists with corrective action as necessary. Provides feedback and assistance to director/nurse manager concerning customer satisfaction, staff development, and associate performance and satisfaction.
The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
