Build and design a service quality practice spanning data and knowledge management while partnering with leaders from customer success, professional services and support to provide actionable information.
Ability to lead testing activities and recommend process improvement opportunities for multiple concurrent projects. You need to establish a vision for quality assurance across a wide collection of tools, applications and websites.
Educate developers on writing effective tests, and on best practices for producing testable features and code; execute test plans, with an emphasis on automation but a willingness to manually test when necessary.
Be responsible for project level Quality Control and field level activities including site management, oversight of craft labor and/or subcontractor management, logistics, schedules, sample collection, data analysis and report preparation as required to advance project progress.
Maintains system for monitoring regulatory requirements and trends, including QA related issues within the industry; responsible for maintaining ISO quality system certification and management of all outside audits.
