Participate in the development and delivery of a range of enablement activities including on boarding, continuous learning and reinforcement, skills training, tool training, annual sales kickoffs, mid-year meetings, and other enablement events.
This individual will have the responsibility for business development, growing and managing construction clients in this region, building a construction engineering and inspection team, overall management of staff, and direction and guidance on large-scale transportation project construction.
Manage the end-to-end software product lifecycle: collect and analyze both internal and external user needs, write product specifications, drive roadmaps, and coordinate with both internal and external customers.
Participate in marketing efforts and group sales planning strategies for development of new business; leverage relationships to identify new opportunities; assist in pursuit efforts, including presentations, for new opportunities.
Assists with Preconstruction Services to prepare, review, and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in assigned projects.Determine resources needed people, tools, equipment, materials and internal services for each project.
Establishes relationships and communication tools as needed with suppliers and other key people to verify all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and personnel are obtained and/or delivered when necessary.
The Project Manager in the GBF Systems Program Management Team will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution, control, and implementation of specific projects and initiatives ensuring consistency with the organizations strategy, commitments, and goals.
