In this role, the selected candidate will design, develop and / or edit the facilitator guides, PowerPoint content, workbooks, activities, and audit / review the e-Learning modules / web-based interactive activities.
In this role, you will collaborate with WW Learning and Development Team members and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Teams to ensure the learning programs meet business needs and create value for the organization.
In this role you will support the instructional design process by creating training materials and content, such as facilitator guides, participants workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, and other training materials.
Develop training products using a systematic approach, adult learning theories, learning technologies, and industry best practices for instructional design; and support customer and project objectives.
Create engaging and relevant activities appropriate for targeted learners. Work closely with subject matter experts and content developers to develop, revise, and maintain training content for course portfolios.
