The HR Operations Director will report to the Senior Vice President, HR and will work closely with the HR leadership team and the business to set the strategic direction and drive the tactical execution for HR Operations Delivery globally.
In this role, you will demonstrate the ability to be a strategic partner, partner well with executive business leaders and Center of Expertise. He/She will proactively evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning of current, proposed and new programs/strategies as they impact the attraction, motivation, engagement and retention of the organizations human capital.
In this role, you will be responsible for counsel and advise leaders and employees on HR matters including but not limited to employee relations, labor relations, legal compliance, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, organization design and employee engagement.
This position will direct all areas of Human Resource administration including; recruiting, salary administration, associate services, associate benefits, management development/training and labor relations. Provides advice and counsel on all laws affecting the operations in regards to associates.
In this role, you will participate in leadership team meetings to develop operating plans and ensure that the function has the people, organization and culture to enable it to execute effectively to meet near term and longer range goals.
This position will act as HR Business Partner to HIDs Corporate Functional leaders in a global capacity and also be directly responsible for HR operations in support of multiple Business Units in the Americas Region, providing leadership and guidance to the Americas HR team.
