Apply intermediate knowledge to perform moderately complex financial analysis and decision support which may include income, profitability, liquidity, capital, leverage, asset and liability management.
Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization with an emphasis in reimbursement. Has knowledge of commonly-used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures within SA PASC. Also performs monthly audits of managed care and GPO contracts to ensure accurate pricing and reimbursements.
Maintain the cost accounting system, to include the creation and supervision of controls and data sets needed for accumulation and reporting systems and recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
Collaborate with cost center managers, functional leaders & Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets / quarterly projections; including clear documentation of assumptions & posting in SAP / Hyperion.
The Land Associate is responsible for supporting both the Land Planning, Development and Acquisition teams in coordinating a wide range of critical tasks across the division including creating and managing cost estimates, cash flows, schedules and financials related to acquisitions, feasibility studies throughout the land committee approvals process.
