Works with New Product Introduction team upfront on lessons learned from previous systems to drive prevention; also, works with cross-functional team on closure of quality issues found during build (known as manufacturing NC) and during install process (known as Field NC); ensures quality data integrity.

Responsible for design and development of complex outside plant (OSP) equipment installations, modifications and upgrades. Maintains fiber splice records, network topography records and fiber mapping and as-builts in corporate inventory systems.
In this role, you will plan effective sales travel, coordinate with Sales Manager, and create desire through presentations, trade event participation, and direct communication with prospects and customers.
Maintain technical expertise in Hostways product portfolio including private and hybrid cloud, managed hosting, and dedicated server product portfolios and well as interoperability with external partner services.
