In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee all aspects of several of the companys HR functional areas which include some or all of the following: talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, analytics and reporting, process improvement, performance management, HRIS, etc.

The Director HR Strategic Services partners with executives business leaders to develop and align HR strategy to address business needs, and to meet business strategic objectives.
