Conduct safety reviews of all new processes and equipment. Develop safety punch list items with all applicable business partners identifying, in detail, all safety issues and recommendations on how such opportunities can be addressed both short and long-term.
In this role, the selected candidate will accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
The PROJECT MANAGER will act as the liaison between Flintco, the owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects and engineers, and provides valuable input based on his/her construction expertise to benefit the project.
In this role, you will have ability to manage and schedule multiple projects, perform detailed shop drawing review, develop material lists, maintain quality control through project completion and effectively communicate with, as well as, maintain positive relationships with our clients.
