The clinical coordinator is responsible for the delivery of safe, quality care of dialysis treatments by assisting the clinical manager with oversight of the centers operations and by providing direct patient care.
In this role, you will be responsible for designs, develops and/or delivers training to address identified needs or gaps in performance or knowledge. Trainings will support patients, physicians,and health care providers by providing recurrent, tactical, customer service and client specific programs which could be delivered through a variety of mediums to support the business need (classroom, webcasts, etc.).
In this role, you will effectively coordinates and administers organization personnel policies and procedures related to selection, orientation, supervision, evaluation/competency assessment and discharging employees in compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible to assesses, implements or delegates, plans, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy, providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. Relates effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care. Provides clinical supervision for entry level nurses and assists in their development.
The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse (RN) position will be compassionate, caring and experienced in developing/implementing the plan of care for each patient, making recommendations for patient interventions, and collaborating with other health care providers to deliver care and document outcomes.
