This position is responsible for assisting the Dean with administrative management and executing systems to assure that the GSBS operations are compliant, reliable, and that regulation, policies, and procedures are enforced.
In this role, you will coordinate communication with other attorneys within the department to provide legal advice and counsel on business matters and issues that arise as needed and reviews court decisions, proposed legislation and proposed programs / policies to assess, render an opinion and communicate impact to company.
Management of human resources for all clinical departments includes providing an adequate number of staff; providing competent staff; orientation, training and education of staff; and assessing, maintaining and improving staff competence.
Engage with key health/healthcare stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, life science assoc., government, policy organizations, etc.) to inform and shape cognitive health marketplace and represent company Watson Health point of view.
