The Epic Application Analyst II primary responsibility is to configure and provide intermediate functional and technical support for the specific application or set of applications to a variety of business and clinical users.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of all network services including: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Internet, Load Balancing, WAN Optimization, DataCenter, and Security Services.
In this role, you will provide specialized analytical, business, and technical knowledge related to specific business functions, process, and applications. Works independently to support business analytics and decision making processes. May take work direction from Senior Business Applications Analyst or Lead Business Applications Advisor.

In this role, the selected candidate will ensure client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answer questions and resolve client issues relating to products and services.
In this role, the selected candidate will support implementation of MTF pharmacy automation solutions by clarifying clinical and technical requirements, supporting the contract process, coordinating stakeholder meetings, establishing and monitoring schedules, and tracking decisions, action items, and deliverables.
The primary responsibility of the Epic Application Analyst I is to configure and provide fundamental functional and technical support for the specific application or set of applications to a variety of business and clinical users.
In this role, you will maintain existing systems and environments IAW disciplined engineering practices and sustain applications, databases, and interfaces in compliance with applicable AF/DoD standards.
The candidate will acquire sufficient knowledge of assigned systems to solve complex problems; adhere to procedures for change control; and participate as a technical advisor on corporate project teams when necessary.
This position will require troubleshooting, as well as analytical and decision making skills in order to assist and provide support and resolution for network related end user requests. The incumbent will work directly with all US federal courts and IT staff.
