The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise and train subordinates assigned to her/his area on HSE activities on Total Installed Cost (TIC) of medium to large-scale projects; duties may include preparation of certification/classification programs, the preparation of the supporting HSE documents and implementation of project specific HSE initiatives.
Responsible for coordination, facilitation and evaluation of the clinical educators. Serves as the supervisor, professional role model, leader and mentor for the clinical educators/clinical practice specialist.
Demonstrates ability to coach and lead a team committed to operational excellence to drive profitable year over year; experience working on presenting solutions through creating an open and friendly customer centric environment that provides a total solution to all customers.
In this role, you will be understanding of insurance and benefit programs as they relate to health management coverage. Working knowledge of managed care and / or various forms of health care delivery systems.
Develops a team of Quality production professionals to support quality system management objectives; ensures compliance with quality systems; oversees training for quality associates, technicians and specialists.
Supervises and coordinates daily operation of production shift with responsibility for achieving maximum quality and cost effectiveness in an on-time and efficient manner. Actively participates in all areas of employment, performance evaluations, associate relations, and associate development while promoting total employee involvement.
Responsible for coordinating the day to day activities of the unit to include patient care functions and any other activities as needed. The supervisor is also responsible for assisting in the administrative and clinical direction if the unit and coordinating nursing department functions/activities as needed .
Supervise the staff assigned to instrumentation/calibration operations, programming, monitoring, alarm response or other contracted activities; communicate with client and O&M team on all issues concerning execution of the contract.
