The Clinical Compliance Partner will work as closely with field facilities, agencies and resources as possible to develop solid relationships that allow us to enhance and foster compliance throughout the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for a designated group of patients with medical needs related to but
not limited to cardiovascular disease, respiratory illness, diabetes, renal impariments and/or cancer.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee and provide primary care, including all clinical care, palliative care, and symptom control and identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
The RN provides nursing care to patients in compliance with the SC Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice and defined by ANA, SFH SC, and organization protocols, policies, procedures and guidelines.
In this role, you will develop the patient's Plan of care in collaboration with other professionals and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory that promotes physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide the highest level of care across one or more of our hospital units and ensure your patients' safety, comfort, and well-being with a patient to nurse ratio typically not more than 2:1.
