Lead internal audits, coordinate third-party audits, resolve customer complaints, lead continuous improvement projects, manage the calibration system, help establish product specs and support Production through SPC and advanced statistical analysis.
The QCM will stay current on publications released by USP, FDA and other pertinent regulating bodies to ensure the Quality Control Analytical & Microbiology Laboratories and the Incoming Inspection departments are complaint in the areas of applications, release specifications, and documentation practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for release of raw material, production support, finished product, and stability samples - Author and review laboratory investigation reports, deviations, and technical documents - Perform forecasting for resource and stability needs.
The candidate will also play a supporting role in various tax publications. In this role, the selected candidate will lead all manufacturing sites efforts to ensure customer quality performance expectations and requirements are effectively managed; lead implementation of customer requirements at the manufacturing sites including coordinating/leading customer visits and acting as liaison with vendors to ensure their products meet the needs of the company & customer requirements.
