In this role, the selected candidate will participate in a team comprised of the client and solution implementation staff to enhance the agency web site user experience and migration to a Content Management System.
In this position, you will ensure upgrade compatibility from older to newer platform environments, application modifications to meet state and agency security standards, assist with application evaluation and build specifications, and migration of those computer systems to the State IT Data Center.
In this role, the selected candidate will closely with our customers, and candidates will be expected to participate remotely in weekly meetings to discuss requirements for new development and give demos of completed development.
In this role, the selected candidate will update and expand an existing Ruby on Rails application and incorporate new features requested by the client; front end development, backend development, API development, and other development work to meet contract deliverables.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
In this role, you will track key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort. Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.
